Terms & Conditions – Saree Symphony 2.0

1. All ticket sales are final – Once confirmed, tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
2. Event cancellation or postponement – In the unlikely event of cancellation or rescheduling, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Booking or transaction fees are strictly non-refundable.
3. Right of admission – Event Producers and Venue Management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of these terms.
4. Behaviour standards – Harassment, discrimination, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
5. Venue compliance – Guests must follow all venue rules, policies, and safety instructions at all times.
6. Misconduct – Any patron engaging in misconduct may be removed from the premises without refund, at the sole discretion of the Event Producers.
7. Arrival time – To ensure a smooth entry process, guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
8. Entry restrictions – This is a ladies-only event. Male guests will not be permitted entry.
9. Policy updates – These terms and conditions may be updated at any time at the discretion of the Event Producers.
