Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available. If an event is canceled/postponed, we will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the booking fee.
3) Event Policies:
Users must adhere to event policies set by event organizers, including age restrictions/ dress codes. “Gold Tickets” is not liable for any issues arising from users’ failure to comply with event policies.
4) Intellectual Property:
All content on our platform, including logos and website design, is the property of “Gold Tickets” and may not be used without permission.

“Gold Tickets” is not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, inaccuracies in event information, or disputes between users and event organizers.

7) Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Adelaide.

11) Event Producers Terms & Conditions:
The Event Producers reserves the right to remove any individual from the venue due to misconduct or misbehaviour, and no refunds will be provided. Organisers and their agents are not liable for any injuries, damages, thefts, losses, or costs during the event.
